Our Broth Bag includes the chicken carcass and back (frame) from one of our farm-raised birds — the perfect foundation for rich, homemade broth and stock.
After the primary cuts are removed, the remaining bones still contain incredible flavor, collagen, and nutrients that are ideal for slow-simmered broths. When cooked low and slow with vegetables and herbs, these frames produce a deeply flavorful stock that can be used for soups, sauces, gravies, ramen, or homemade bone broth.
Many families freeze a few broth bags and simmer them whenever they want to make a large pot of nourishing homemade stock.
Like all of our chicken, these birds are raised naturally without antibiotics or preservatives and frozen at peak freshness immediately after processing.
Available as an add-on to any chicken box delivery.
