Our Chicken Neck Pack includes 12 chicken necks from the same farm-raised birds used in our subscription boxes. These are a traditional cut prized for making deeply flavorful stocks, soups, and broths.
Chicken necks contain a high amount of collagen, connective tissue, and bone, which makes them excellent for slow simmering. When cooked low and slow, they produce rich, nutrient-dense broth that’s perfect for homemade soups, gravies, ramen, and bone broth.
Many families also use chicken necks as a natural ingredient for pet food or homemade dog treats when cooked appropriately.
Like all of our chicken, these necks come from birds raised naturally without antibiotics or preservatives and are frozen at peak freshness immediately after processing.
